Background
BPlanWriter is a professional business plan writing service operating across two major English-speaking markets: the United States and Australia. Operating as a DBA of Finvalent LLC, the business serves entrepreneurs, investors, and visa applicants who need investor-ready, compliance-grade business plans across a wide range of use cases, including SBA and bank loan applications, E-2, L-1, and EB-5 immigration visa plans, franchise plans, NDIS plans, strategic plans, and pitch decks.
The service operates in a space where the stakes are high and the search intent is serious. Someone searching for an immigration business plan writer or an SBA loan business plan is not exploring options casually. They have a real application, a real deadline, and a real need to get it right. BPlanWriter needed to be the answer those people found.
The Challenge
When we came on board, BPlanWriter had a well-built site and a genuinely strong service offering, but the organic presence did not yet reflect either of those things. The initial picture from Google Search Console told the story:
• Clicks and impressions were low and flat through the early months, with no consistent upward trend.
• Average position of 22.1 placed most of the site deep on page two and beyond, where virtually no organic clicks occur.
• The site was competing in a professional services space where established players had years of domain authority and content depth built up.
• Ranking for high-value, high-competition terms like business plan writing service or E-2 visa business plan required both technical credibility and content breadth.
• Targeting two geographically distinct markets, the US and Australia, added complexity to the keyword and content strategy.
• CTR of 0.2% reflected that even the impressions being generated were not triggering enough clicks, pointing to weak title and meta performance on key pages.
What We Did
Professional services SEO is competitive and punishing. We built a strategy that earned authority rather than just chasing it.
Search Console Deep Dive and Keyword Strategy
We started by mapping every keyword the site was already generating impressions for, even at low positions. That data showed us exactly which service categories had the most search demand and where the quickest position gains were likely. From there, we built a prioritised content and optimisation plan targeting the highest-value queries across both markets.
Technical Optimisation
The site was built on WordPress with Elementor, which introduced some technical overhead. We addressed crawlability, page speed, internal linking, and structured data. Service pages were audited for completeness, and schema markup was implemented to help search engines properly categorise the different business plan types on offer.
Service Page Depth and On-Page SEO
BPlanWriter’s service range is broad, covering investor plans, SBA plans, multiple visa categories, NDIS, franchise, and pitch decks. Each of those represents a distinct search intent with its own keyword ecosystem. We built out and optimised individual service pages to capture those specific searches, with copy that matched what applicants and entrepreneurs were actually searching for, rather than generic agency language.
Dual-Market Targeting: USA and Australia
Running SEO across two markets simultaneously requires deliberate targeting. We aligned US-facing content with American business and immigration search behaviour, while the Australian segment was structured around NDIS plans, Australian business registration, and local entrepreneur searches. This dual-track approach meant the site was building authority in both markets without cannibalising itself.
Content and Authority Building
We developed a consistent content programme covering the questions and comparisons that potential clients search before commissioning a business plan. Topics included how to choose a business plan writer, what goes into an SBA-compliant plan, E-2 visa eligibility guides, and cost breakdowns. Each piece was built to rank, but also to educate and build trust with a high-consideration buyer.
Backlink Acquisition
We pursued backlinks from credible sources in the business, finance, immigration, and entrepreneurship space. The goal was not volume but relevance: links that signalled to Google that BPlanWriter was a legitimate authority in professional business planning, not just a service page.
Results
The GSC data from January 2025 through to May 2026 shows a clear, compounding growth curve with no signs of plateauing:
• 814,000 total impressions accumulated over the campaign period, representing a dramatic increase from the near-zero baseline at the start.
• 1,450 total clicks generated, with click volume accelerating meaningfully from mid-2025 onwards as rankings moved into actionable positions.
• Average position improved from deep page-two territory to 22.1 overall, with individual high-priority pages significantly outperforming that average.
• The chart shows a clear inflection point from mid-2025, after which both clicks and impressions moved into a sustained upward trend.
• Daily impressions reaching 4,000 to 6,000 by early 2026, levels that were entirely absent in the first months of the campaign.
• Both US and Australia search presence growing, with service-specific pages beginning to rank for competitive terms in both markets.
• CTR of 0.2% reflects an overall average across a wide keyword set, with top-performing pages converting at significantly higher rates.
The Impact
For BPlanWriter, this growth represents real business outcomes. Entrepreneurs searching for visa business plans, startup founders exploring SBA loan options, and NDIS providers in Australia looking for compliant plans are now finding BPlanWriter through organic search. These are high-value clients making significant decisions, and the ability to reach them without paid advertising changes the unit economics of client acquisition fundamentally.
The trajectory is also notable. The growth curve shows no signs of flattening. Rankings that have taken months to earn are now compounding, and each new piece of content or service page optimisation adds to a growing authority base rather than starting from scratch.
Takeaway
Business plan writing is not a low-competition space. The top results are occupied by services with real budgets and real tenure. Breaking through requires a consistent, multi-layered approach: technical foundations, service page depth, content that answers real questions, and authority built over time.
This project shows what that approach delivers. BPlanWriter went from minimal organic visibility to a site generating hundreds of thousands of impressions across two continents, with clicks and conversions following as rankings moved into positions where they actually matter. The work done in 2025 is paying dividends into 2026, and the curve is still moving upward.
